We want you to have the best possible start with us, feel comfortable and prepared for your tasks right from the beginning. We developed an exciting introduction programme for you. In addition, you will learn through:
mLearning – online courses on our award-winning digital training platform - MYLEARN. You will learn through games and real-life scenarios.
On-the-job training – practical training at your workplace that will put theoretical knowledge into practice. We believe in learning by doing, with the help of your colleagues and manager.
Follow up and evaluation – on your learning journey your manager will follow up on your progress and give you relevant feedback to make sure you feel ready and motivated for your new role.

MYJYSK
MYJYSK is our shared intranet and main information channel.
MYJYSK serves as a combined intranet, support function, and search tool.
On MYJYSK, you have access to the information you need to perform your daily work, such as news, general knowledge, rules & guidelines in operations, support, and links to other JYSK tools and systems.
The JYSK Employee Handbook is available on MYJYSK
You are responsible for staying updated on all news and changes posted on MYJYSK.
You can download the MYJYSK app to your phone.
MYLEARN
We offer many great development opportunities and always focus on training that matches you as an individual. To support this, we have created a digital learning system called MYLEARN.
Here, you can find short online presentations on specific topics. A MYLEARN module typically takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
You can access and take the M-learning courses either in the store or at home.
